PAYMENT TERMS

Upon payment, you agree that all payments are final.

For all credit or debit card payments:You consent to having these charges automatically charged to your credit or debit card on the due date.SYNX is authorized to collect the payment due (in full) by charging any and all credit or debit cards provided to SYNX by the client.The client may determine which payment method is preferred and is responsible for informing SYNX of this preference at least two (2) business days prior to the payment due date since SYNX's payment system may automatically charge one of the cards on file that may not be the client’s preferred payment method.

USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

The Site may invite you to chat, contribute to, or participate in blogs, message boards, online forums, and other functionalities, and may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials (collectively, "Contributions"). Contributions may be viewable by other users and through third-party websites. As such, any Contributions you transmit may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

The license is limited to a non-transferable license to use the application on devices using the Apple iOS or Android operating systems.We are responsible for providing maintenance and support services. In the event of any failure of the application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify the App Distributor, and they may refund the purchase price.
