SYNX Fulfillment Policy

At SYNX, we are committed to providing a seamless and efficient account setup process for our customers. This policy outlines our procedures and standards to ensure customer satisfaction while complying with the requirements set forth by Stripe.
Upon creating a SYNX account, users will receive an automated confirmation email containing their account details, pricing information, and instructions for accessing their dashboard.
Pricing:$50 per SYNX account, billed monthly.Payments are processed securely through Stripe, adhering to their guidelines and encryption standards to protect customer data.
SYNX may offer a 14-day free trial for eligible users.A $1 proof-of-funds charge will be applied during activation and refunded upon verification.Users will not be charged the $50 account fee until the free trial period ends. After 14 days, the subscription fee will automatically be charged unless the user cancels before the trial concludes.
It is the user’s responsibility to manage their subscription, update payment details, and cancel if needed via their SYNX dashboard under
Billing > Manage Subscription
.
Once payment is confirmed, SYNX accounts will be fully activated and ready for use within 24 hours unless otherwise communicated during the signup process.
Users can manage their account settings, billing details, and usage metrics through their SYNX dashboard.
All subscription fees and charges are viewable and accessible through the user’s account dashboard.Additional fees or costs beyond the subscription may apply for premium features or optional add-ons. These charges will be transparently listed before purchase.
Users will receive timely updates on the status of their accounts, including payment confirmations, subscription renewals, and any changes to the service.

Refunds for subscription charges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.To request a refund, users must contact SYNX support with details of their account and payment history.Refunds will be issued through the original payment method in accordance with Stripe’s refund policies.
Users may cancel their SYNX subscription at any time via their dashboard under
Billing > Manage Subscription
. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
We comply with Stripe’s data security standards to protect customer information and ensure secure payment processing.
In case of payment disputes or chargebacks, SYNX will cooperate fully with Stripe and provide all necessary documentation to resolve the issue promptly.
We reserve the right to update or modify our fulfillment policy as necessary to adapt to changing business needs or regulatory requirements. Any significant changes will be communicated to customers via email or through our website.
